Strong regional law firm in Wiltshire is seeking an Agricultural & Rural Property lawyer of 0 to 3 years’ PQE. The property issues facing farmers and landowners are diverse and often complex, impacting on both businesses and families. The Agricultural team advise farmers and other rural landowners on managing their business, family affairs, succession planning and other related country issues. The successful candidate will undertake a broad range of Agricultural Law matters including: • the sale and purchase of farms and other rural property • renewable energy work • agricultural tenancies • equestrian properties • sporting leases and otherwise acting for farms and estates on a range of diverse property issues.
