Regulatory (Health & Safety/ Statutory Compliance) Solicitor/Barrister 2+ years’ PQE/Call LONDON

Commercial law firm in London is seeking to recruit a Regulatory (Health & Safety/ Statutory Compliance) Solicitor or Barrister of 2 or more years’ PQE/Call. The Regulatory and Compliance team advises on a broad spectrum of Regulatory matters including those relating to health and safety; fire safety standards; building safety; environmental prosecutions and waste licensing; transport; product safety; and, food safety. The team sits within the wider Litigation, department which deals with substantial commercial, regulatory and public law disputes (including Judicial Reviews), as well as complex advisory work relating to public law decision making and regulatory considerations. For this role our client is looking for a Regulatory (Health & Safety/ Statutory Compliance) lawyer who has experience and an interest in both advisory (across a variety of topics) and enforcement/ prosecution work, acting for the prosecution or the defence at inquests, PACE interviews and prosecutions in the Magistrates/ Crown Court. In joining this growing team, you will have the opportunity to work (on larger matters) for a number of the firm's key strategic clients and a range of Partners and Associates, whilst also managing your own workload.
