Healthcare Litigation lawyer 4+ years’ PQE LONDON

This Healthcare Litigation team in London (which sits within the Professional Indemnity team), is currently growing their team and seeking to recruit a Senior Associate of 4 or more years’ PQE with medical malpractice experience. This role presents an opportunity to work in a Healthcare Litigation team which has enjoyed significant success and acts for a wide range of clients (insurers, insureds, regulators, Royal Colleges, defence organisations, PCTs and medical professionals) on the defence side. The successful candidate will enjoy a wide variety of work, including healthcare regulatory law (defending healthcare professionals before their regulators – GMC, GDC, NMC, HCPC etc), disciplinary work (MHPS and private hospitals), inquest law, medico-legal advisory work, criminal and some clinical negligence work.
