Private Client lawyers 2 – 4 & 5+ years’ PQE LONDON

Our client, a well-regarded private practice law firm in London is seeking to recruit two Private Client lawyers – one of 2 to 4 years’ PQE and the other of 5 or more years’ PQE. The team acts for a combination of wealthy individuals, major UK banks and trust companies, and provides a full-service Private Client practice, including the following elements: • Trust creation and trust management including charitable trusts for ultra-high net worth clients (often on behalf of leading private banks) • English and international Trust advice (including being principal adviser to two leading UK banks) • Bespoke wills and probate – Estate and succession planning advice for high-net worth families and business-owners including advice on international succession • Personal Tax advice – UK and international tax advice to individuals referred to our client by Private Banks and trust companies in London and offshore jurisdictions • Court of Protection advice and deputyship (including contentious work) • Trust, tax and probate disputes.

The successful candidates will undertakes a wide range of Private Client which will include developing your knowledge of English trust law (including drafting trusts and related documents and preparing associated advice) and your knowledge of a broad range of sophisticated estate, tax and trust law advisory work undertaken by the team for a high-quality client base (working alongside senior lawyers in the team). You will also advise on Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney. There will also be the opportunity to be involved in international tax and succession planning advice to individuals and trustees.
