Recognised as a leading adviser on corporate transactions, the team is able to combine exceptional transactional skills with specialist expertise including corporate restructurings, private equity transactions, joint ventures and statutory mergers. The specialist M&A lawyers have a wealth of experience on both cross-border and domestic transactions across a variety of sectors. The team has advised on the offshore aspects of some of the largest international M&A deals in recent years. They have also advised both domestic and international clients in connection with the sale and purchase of businesses based in the Cayman Islands, the BVI, Jersey and Guernsey.
