This national law firm with a solid reputation and long standing client base across the East Midlands is hiring a commercial property solicitor to join a partner led team on high quality commercial property transactions. The commercial property team deal with all high net worth clients who they've built relationships with over many years. You'll have full paralegal and secretarial support and have autonomy over your own caseload. You'll deal with a mixed caseload of property transactions including standard sale and purchase to more complex matters. You will be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with a solid background in commercial property. Great opportunity for progression long term within the team.

• Acqusitions
• Disposals
• Landlord and Tenant matters
• Development work
• Portfolio management 
• Franchise matters
