Insolvency and Dispute Resolution Associate, Jersey

The client is an international law firm that is looking for an Associate to join their Insolvency team in the Channel Island.

The team advises investment managers, creditors, directors, companies, general partners and insolvency practitioners on areas such as banking disputes, contentious and non-contentious insolvencies, distressed situations, insurance, and insolvency litigation.

You will be advising on a wide range of contentious financial services related matters for professional corporate and trust services, banks and other financial institutions and high net worth individuals.

You need to be a qualified lawyer in England and Wales with 2+ PQE with experience gained at a top-tier or reputable regional law firm. Candidates who have been trained in South Africa are welcomed to apply.
