Insolvency and Restructuring Associate

Top 100 firm looking for an experienced Restructuring and Insolvency Associate to join its specialist department.

 Acting on a local, regional and national level, the team advises on all aspects of corporate insolvency, with many cases also involving an international element. The team acts for insolvency practitioners, directors, creditors, debtors, and anyone involved in or exposed to the corporate insolvency process.

The successful candidate will advise on contentious and non-contentious insolvency and restructuring matters. Connections and experience within the insolvency industry would be beneficial but this role would also provide a platform from which to make and develop those connections.
