An industry leading boutique legal 500 law firm are looking for a NQ Court of Protection Lawyer NQ based in Kent.

The firm itself has over 15 years' experience specialising in the law regarding vulnerable clients, and they pride themselves on offering real value and personal service at the core of their business, through all court of protection, trusts for the vulnerable, and powers of attorney matters.

Specialising on acting on behalf of those who have experienced trauma or unfortunate life events, and/or have limited ability to manage their own financial/health care needs, this firm has empathy, yet considerable expertise throughout its approach. This family run firm ensures it provides the best possible service to its clients by priding itself on being hardworking, caring, passionate and open.

The successful candidate will be newly qualified or have up to three years' experience post qualification in this area and will be joining a team of specialists to work on; Court of Protection: Elderly and vulnerable, Acquired brain injury, Wills and lasting power of attorney, Probate and Estate management and Lay deputy support.
