This strong regional firm with a growing presence in Leeds is seeking a mid level Commercial Property Solicitor. On offer is quality work, a great client base and ample client contact. Agile working is also available.

THE FIRM & OPPORTUNITY

A circa 30 Partner, award winning law firm providing a full range of advice and services to clients. The successful candidate will join a large, friendly and supportive team.

Their clients range form commercial investors to funders, developers and occupiers. This includes include commercial banks, housebuilders, infrastructure companies (telecoms and energy) and holiday home park operators.

The firms seeks a mid-level Solicitor with well-rounded commercial experience. Property finance experience is desirable but not essential.

They place high value on client relationships and so the ability to win work, form strong relationships with clients and deliver on deadlines are all essential skills.

THE CANDIDATE

- Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales (3+ PQE)
- Experience gained with a reputable firm (either PP or IH)
- Strong academic profile
- Excellent technical skills
