Leading organisation seeks technology / procurement lawyer to join stellar legal team.
You will join an established and friendly internal legal team, providing advice to the organisation on a wide range of procurement matters.
You will have excellent experience drafting and negotiating a range of commercial contracts relating to the procurement of products and services especially IT and software. It is expected that the successful candidate will have handled negotiations (eg enterprise agreements for the provision of software, cloud, SaaS etc) with large technology vendors such as Microsoft, IBM, SAP and the like.
You'll have the confidence to work both autonomously and within a team and have excellent experience managing and working with senior level technology stakeholders on strategic deals.
