A fantastic opportunity for an Associate/ Senior Associate level Corporate lawyer to join the corporate team of an award winning national law firm in Leeds. This role is offered full (or part) time on a permanent basis, with flexible working arrangements available.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This Corporate Associate/Senior Associate position would suit an ambitious and experienced corporate lawyer who currently works at a top tier regional, national or City firm. The successful candidate will join a growing team that advises a broad range of clients, from start-ups through to large private companies and PLCs on a broad range of corporate issues and transactions.

THE TEAM

The team undertakes a broad range of corporate work encompassing mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, corporate finance, private equity joint ventures, fundraising and general corporate advisory work. The Leeds team work along close lines with the firm's other offices (including London) through a one team model and therefore the calibre of work on offer is of excellent quality.

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal Corporate Associate/Senior Associate will be 3-6PQE, a team player and willing to take initiative and contribute to the team's development and marketing. They will also have gained solid transactional experience working as part of a reputable corporate team.
