Property Litigation Solicitor Birmingham 2-7 PQE. Property litigation solicitor is sought to join the property litigation team at the Birmingham offices of this leading commercial legal practice.

Applications are sought from candidates who can demonstrate commercially focused property litigation experience. This should have been gained advising commercial property clients on disputes arising out of investment, development and occupation. Experience should encompass sale, acquisition, development, landlord and tenant issues.

Candidates should be commercially focussed with strong communication and relationship building skills. A desire to be involved in networking with both internal and external stake holders would also be beneficial. Furthermore, applicants who are enthusiastic and have a strong desire to develop their skill sets will be highly regarded.
