Commercial Litigation Senior Associate

Full-service commercial firm is searching for a Senior Associate to join its recognised Commercial Litigation team.

Our client is a c30 Partner mid-town London firm committed to delivering successful results for its clients, which include UK and international corporates, entrepreneurial companies of all sizes and high-net-worth individuals, both resident and non-resident in the UK, through a tailored and efficient approach.

The Disputes team regularly handle contractual and shareholder actions, professional negligence, fraud and asset tracing claims, and mis-selling disputes against institutional defendants. The team is currently comprised of 9 Partners, 1 Consultant, 3 Senior Associates and 5 Associates, who are searching for a collaborative, commercially minded Senior Associate to support the team through its next phase of organic growth.

Key requirements breakdown:

• England and Wales qualified, 6+ PQE;

• Experience litigating in the High Court;

• Class action experience is desirable;

• Must be able to act independently on complex case matters and supervise juniors;

• Genuinely collaborative individual committed to progression within a growing and ambitious team.
