Prosecutions Lawyer (OUTSIDE IR35)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Prosecutions Lawyer to join a Local Authority based in Yorkshire on a locum basis that can be worked OUTSIDE IR35.

The successful Prosecutions Lawyer will take on a varied caseload, including, but not exclusive to:

• Trading standards
• Licencing matters
• Enviromental prosecutions
• Fly Tipping
• Littering
• Licensing

Our client is looking for someone on a full or part time basis and the majority of the post will be remote working other than for court work. This role is to begin immediately for an initial period of 3 months, however, there is potential for the role to be extended beyond that.
