Our client, a prestigious London firm, are looking for a Dispute Resolution Knowledge Development Lawyer on a permanent basis.
They are looking for candidates predominantly with expertise in commercial dispute resolution, but with sufficient flexibility to support the Contentious Trusts and Estates team with their knowledge development needs.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Knowledge resources and precedents
Legal Training
Client and business development
Firmwide knowledge sharing and managing risk
Supporting diversity and inclusion, CSR and pro bono activities.
Personal attributes and Skills
Experienced lawyer with strong sense of commerciality alongside technical excellence.
Clear understanding of how a law firm operates as a business.
Interest in legal technology and its associated efficiencies.
Confident presenter with ability to think creatively to maximise audience engagement.
Problem-solving, risk management and mitigation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with people at all levels of seniority.
Self-motivated individual with a proactive approach.
Calm and efficient under pressure.
Flexible as regards to time and duties.
Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
This role is a flexible 3-4 day per week position with an attractive salary of up to £100K (FTE).
