Commercial Associate/Senior Associate - Manchester

Market leading technology and transactions advisory team is looking to recruit an experienced and confident commercial lawyer. The team is one of the most established in the UK and this role would sit in the Manchester office of this global award winning firm.

THE FIRM
Global firm advising clients on complex multi-jurisdictional matters across a full range of legal disciplines

THE ROLE
Working within this Tier 1 team, which is one of the most established TMT teams in the UK
Advising on all aspects of technology, sourcing, telecoms, and digital law
Operating across a national and international client base
Acting for customers and suppliers on their digital, technology outsourcing, business change projects, sourcing, and telecommunications related deals
Advising a client base comprising major banks and insurance companies, major technology businesses, UK Government and a number of leading international companies
Developing ongoing relationships with an existing client base as well as assisting with bids and pitch presentations for new opportunities
Developing close working relationships as part of an international team

REQUIRMENTS
7 PQE +
Strong background working within an established commercial team in a private practice firm or a large in house practice
Technically excellent with good project management skills
Strong interpersonal for this client facing role
