Property Finance Senior Associate/Partner - Winchester - £60,000 - £85,000
A unique opportunity has arisen for a senior level Property Finance Solicitor to join a leading Legal 200 Law firm based in its Southampton office within the Property Finance department at either Senior Associate or Partner level (depending on the candidate).
My client is looking for a senior lawyer with vast experience of property finance work (specialist lending market is desired) as well as taking the lead and project manage on transactions. You will be advising on a broad range of in-depth structured real estate finance (secured and unsecured) deals.
This is a key placement for someone looking to progress as they have an ambitious strategy and a strong management team in an exciting stage of growth.
