This Top 200 firm, with a strong covering across the Midlands and East Anglia is hiring a Solicitor into their Property Litigation team based in West Cambridgeshire.
 

To be considered for this Solicitor role:

• The ideal Solicitor will have 4 – 7 years’ PQE, however applications from all levels of experience will be considered.
• You should have practical Solicitor experience post-qualification, working in a contentious role, ideally in property disputes or a general dispute resolution, with a strong technical knowledge of property matters.
• Your experience should include:
  • Property disputes
  • Landlord and tenant matters
  • Possession claims
  • Planning matters
  • Rights of way
  • Mortgage possession
  • Boundary disputes
  • It would also be beneficial to have broader Commercial Litigation experience including banking, professional negligence, business tenancies, contract disputes, and insolvency
