Conveyancing Paralegal -Horsforth
The Firm:
-Long established friendly firm
-Close knit team offering support
The Role:
-You will be working closely with a conveyancer assisting with a varied residential property caseload from inception through to post completion
-You will be exposed to the full remit of conveyancing transactions which will include:
* Sales and purchases
* Transfers of equity
* Re-mortgages
* New builds
* Leasehold flats
Requirements:
-At least 6 months' experience within conveyancing
-Team player
-Excellent communication skills
-Desire to work within a small friendly team
