Commercial Litigation PSL - Part Time - City of London - Private Practice


Mayfair based specialist firm is actively seeking to recruit a senior Practice Support Lawyer for their growing Commercial Litigation team.

The Role

You will work with the commercial dispute resolution team and have sufficient flexibility to support our Contentious Trusts and Estates team with their knowledge development needs.
The role involves producing high quality knowledge content for internal and external use, designed to ensure that we are providing a consistently high quality of service to our clients and to support our fee earners' development, in terms of legal knowledge, best practice and commercial awareness.
Keeping watching brief on developments in current law, best practice and market trends and creating appropriate and engaging knowledge materials to support all relevant legal groups in providing exceptional outcomes for clients.
Establishing and managing practice group Knowledge Hub platforms (hosted on Sharepoint), developing materials that are focused, relevant and stored in a methodical and consistent way to ensure they are easily accessible and shared with other practice groups as relevant.
Assisting fee earners with technical legal and matter management queries and ensuring that the resulting know-how is captured and shared across the relevant groups.

The Candidate

You will be an experienced lawyer with strong sense of commerciality alongside technical excellence.
You will enjoy integrating with how the law firm operates as a business.
You will need an Interest in legal technology and its associated efficiencies.
Problem-solving, risk management and mitigation skills are essential for this sort of role
