Costs Draftsperson - West Yorkshire

Highly reputable Yorkshire practice requires a Costs Draftsperson or Negotiator to join their established Costs team. Successful candidates will have a minimum of 2 years' experience drafting or negotiating on a variety of matters.

The role:
Drafting schedules and bills of costs in paying party matters
Preparing costs budgets (if/when required)
Dealing with all aspects of the detailed assessment procedure: drafting PODs/Replies, preparing Part 8 costs only proceedings and Provisional/Detailed Assessment requests (if/when required)
Negotiating settlement of costs and dealing with any issues arising
Undertaking other costs duties reasonably required by Directors/fee earners
