Our client, a forward-thinking Tier 1 firm in Leeds, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Litigation Legal Director to join their fantastic team.
Our clients pride themselves on their busy, high performing, cohesive, and award-winning team, where you will have the opportunity to continue to drive the department in the right direction for success as well as support and develop members in the team.
This opportunity will allow you to work on and manage a wide variety of commercial and residential landlord and tenant law in relation to property disputes.
You can expect to work with a broad range of residential sector clients, from both private and public sectors, clients with nationwide long leasehold and tenanted portfolios, property consultancy firms, and retail lenders.
Our client seeks an ambitious and driven candidate that can add further experience and expertise at director level from a residential perspective.
A strong background in property litigation and a minimum of 8 years' PQE is essential. You will have experience of supervising and managing junior fee earners, and be passionate about supporting and developing the team.
