Clinical Negligance Fee Earner

A Clinical Negligence Fee Earner, is needed to join a busy team, you may also be a NQ or Legal Executive.

Someone is needed to come in and be able to manage a case load already and have knowledge of being an experienced clinical negligence fee earner.

You will be working closely with the partners and associates, within a growing team, supporting the functionality of the department.

My client are an established firm in Oldham. They provide services in a professional manner within a broad range of legal services. They serve local people and communities through their branch offices within Greater Manchester.

My client also offer a range of different legal services, ranging from family to conveyancing to clinical negligence and plenty other disciplines.

Description

- Running your own case load

- Day to day reviewing a case load of litigated clinical negligence claims varying in value

- Advise on medical and legal issues

- Ensuring that medical, special damages, future loss, witness evidence has been appropriately collated prior to litigation, ensure limitation dates are identified and prepared for

- To work as part of an existing team and work with minimum supervision when required.

Profile

- Experience of running their own Clinical Negligence caseload ideally

- You may come from a civil litigation background and have a willingness to learn

- Good communication skills

- Administration and IT skills

- Strong written and verbal skills

Job Offer

- Generous holiday allowance (25 days)

- 2 days holiday for each 5 years worked

- Hours worked, Monday- Friday 9-5
