Head of Knowledge Management -Prominent Firm -3/4 days p/w

Our client, a boutique firm with gravitas, is looking for a knowledge management lawyer to join them as Head of Knowledge Management.

If you are a professional support lawyer who is ready to take the next step to a Head of Knowledge role, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

You would join a supportive, honest and collaborative team of knowledge lawyers. In this role, you will be responsible for:
Setting strategic annual projects for the year
Being the direct manager for members of the KM team
Looking at legal tech and innovation initiatives
Knowledge library oversight
Client support and business development oversight
Managing the changes to the SQE
This role requires you to be in the office one to two days per week. The role offers an attractive salary of up to £125K (FTE) and a generous discretionary bonus structure.

To be considered for this role, you must have:
Knowledge Management experience within a law firm
Strong knowledge of legal tech
