Knowledge Lawyer - Residential Property & Secured Lending

P/T Residential Property and Secured Lending Professional Support Lawyer Role with a Prestigious London Firm

Our client, an esteemed London firm, are looking for a Residential Property Professional Support Lawyer to join their Property Knowledge team. The department's Residential Property and Secured Lending team is one of the largest teams of dedicated residential property lawyers in the sector. They act on prime and super prime residential property transactions and advise on all aspects of residential property ownership and management including enfranchisement. They also act for a large number of private banks on the grant of security over residential property including advising on the structure of the security as well as the property due diligence.

This collegiate, collaborative City firm are looking for a Residential Property lawyer to join their team to work with another property PSL and get involved in a number of non fee-earning responsibilities which includes:

* Content Development

* Horizon Scanning

* Client Training

* Presentations/Pitches

* KM Strategy

* Working with Innovation team on innovation/new processes

Stable hours and an attractive salary without the pressures of time recording are on offer. This is a brand-new role, so you would have the opportunity to carve your own niche. There is a broad range of work in this role, so no two days would be exactly the same and you would have a supportive, collaborative team environment.

In order to be considered, you will need to have a minimum of 7 years' PQE from a highly regarded, city firm and previous PSL experience is a definite plus. Salary range is £104K - £115K FTE, dependent upon your experience.
