Locum Housing Disrepair Lawyer

Remote working
If you're an experienced Housing Lawyer looking for a change from your general housing litigation workload, Sellick Partnership are working with a highly regarded Local Council to join their team as a Specialist Disrepair Litigation Lawyer.
You will be given the opportunity to work on an entirely remote working basis, on a locum initial 3 month contract with a strong likelihood of extension, and possibility of becoming permanent.
Key responsibilities of the Disrepair Litigation Lawyer:
- Handling a caseload of Disrepair and Possession Claims
- Working closely with internal client department
- Being proactive in the improvement of processes
The client is happy to consider Housing Lawyers from both public sector and private practice background. You do not need to have worked as a Specialist Disrepair Litigation Lawyer previously, but a good knowledge of disrepair is essential.
