We work regularly with this top tier client, who typically seek well qualified lawyers with a strong background, and an adventurous and inquisitive nature. The location of the role can be from various locations and hybrid working has been part of their set up for many years, though the major focus will be onto the Iraq market. The work is top tier, international standard and there will never be a dull moment. Due to high levels of client contact, they are now seeking a fluent Mandarin lawyer.

ROLE: They cover a wide variety of local, regional and international clients, covering energy, power, oil and gas, construction, infrastructure, security and a number of other sectors.

CANDIDATE: It is essential that you come from a recognised law firm or corporate in-house background as the documentation is high level and complex. Ideal areas of practice are construction, projects, energy and corporate. It's likely that you would need to have 1+ PQE and you do not need to be based in the Middle East right now, though it will be extremely helpful. It's essential that you come with fluent Mandarin languages.
