We are currently working with a leading legal service provider, aligned with a top 10 international law firm in London. They are primarily looking for candidates who have worked closely with any of the following sectors (Please note they will consider Corporate Lawyers from any sector):

  • Financial Services
  • Technology, Multimedia and Telecommunications
  • Asset Management

We are currently looking for Corporate Lawyers available at short notice, with over 1 years' PQE who are interested in working on In-House secondments.

Generally, contracts can be anywhere from 3 months, and there will be the potential to work remotely or follow a hybrid model. Part OR Full-time roles available.

Successful candidates should have strong corporate backgrounds with experience in:

  • M&A law
  • Capital Markets
  • Corporate Restructuring

Successful candidates are likely to be seconded into notable FTSE100 firms.

To be considered candidates must have the following

  • Qualification as a solicitor from England and Wales or the Commonwealth e. Australia or New Zealand.
  • 1+PQE, focussing on Corporate Law
  • A strong background working with Top Law Firms or Blue-Chip In-House firms.
