JOB TITLE: Chief Legal Officer
PQE REQUIRED: 5+
LOCATION: Dubai
SALARY: Excellent tax-free salary

THE ROLE: Originally founded as a single hedge fund manager. Our client has expanded its portfolio of funds to include venture capital, private debt, private equity and digital asset funds. As Chief Legal Officer you will oversee:

• The legal aspects of the fund management platform.
• The management of the firms legal function
• Corporate secretarial functions.
• Compliance and AML
• The establishment of new funds in multiple jurisdictions

THE CANDIDATE: Applications are invited from qualified solicitors with hands on experience of Funds setup ideally from US/Magic Circle firms who want to move to Dubai
