A central government organisation is looking for a Principal Investigative lawyer to join their fraud division team.
This is an exciting role to be part of one of the biggest criminal fraud organisations in the world.
The successful candidate will:
- Play a key role in providing direct day to day support to the General counsel and the Associate General Counsel (Crime) on all cases within the SFO
- Provide the SFO with the legal support that it needs to bring cases through to a sucessful prosecution
- Be expected to be up to date wih current criminal cases and legal research
- Be experienced in criminal litigation
Requriements:
- You must be a qualified Barrister or a Solicitor and authorised to practice in England and Wales
- You must have Criminal fraud and prosecutions experience
- A minimum of 3 year' PQE
However, this post is also open to people in the external market and to existing Civil Servants - including those who are substantive at Band B (G7):
- Foreign qualified Lawyers within the commonwealth, EEA or Turkish nationals in the Civil service
