Sellick Partnership are currently seeking a locum Education Solicitor to join a nice and supportive team in an East Midlands based Local Authority on a full-time, remote basis.

The successful Education Solicitor will have experience in Education law & SEN and will be required to take on a mixed caseload which may include matters such as:

 

  • Undertake casework
  • Providing legal advice
  • Work alongside clients to come up with effective solutions
  • Undertake project-based work
  • Duty system for schools advising on DP, HR, contracts & education law
  • SEN matters

 

The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor/ Cilex or barrister with a practicing certificate or equivalent.
