Residential / Commercial Head of Department

My client is a multi-service, well-known firm who are looking to expand its property team.

They are looking for a head of department to take their property team to the next level. The caseload will consist mainly of residential, and some commercial property matters and you will manage a team of junior solicitors and paralegals.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who is either looking to take the next steps in their career or for someone who has a lot of drive to spearhead the growth of the team.

The successful candidate must hold enough experience to hit the ground running, to be able to run their own caseload, ideally with some management experience and business development.
