Residential Property Lawyer – Our client is a small but well regarded high Street legal practice situated in Brighton. They now seek a conveyancer with a solid amount of experience and who is comfortable in running their own caseload from instruction to completion.
About the Role
You will be either a Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with a previous track record and a good understanding of both simple and complex property transactions, including sales and purchases, remortgages, new build, right to buy and lease extensions.
