Here at Interlink we have an amazing opportunity for a Property Disputes Solicitors to join an award winning law firm in Leeds.
Firm
- 28 partner, award winning law firm providing a full range of advice and services to clients.
- Nationally-recognised expert telecoms team, acting for high-profile clients across the country.
Role
- Friendly and supportive team of six fee earners.
- Clients are predominantly commercial investors, developers and occupiers. They include housebuilders, NHS Trusts, local authorities infrastructure companies and household name retailers, amongst others.
- You will be dealing with a very broad range of work, including lease renewals, dilapidations, break notices, service charge disputes, site clearance for development, as well as general property management and technical/strategic property advised.
Candidate
- A Commercial Property Dispute background.
- The ability to win work, form trusted advisor relationships with clients and deliver to deadlines.
- Collaboration and teamwork, keeping calm under pressure and having a commercial outlook are highly valued.
- 1 – 4 years PQE.
