A long-standing law practice with a rich heritage of 30 years is undergoing a complete restructure and as a result are looking for an enterprising, go-getter Residential Property Conveyancer 5+ years PQE to build and grow the Residential Property department.

The Role

The firm is looking for a Residential Property Conveyancer 5+ years PQE to join their Camberley, Surrey office.

You will deal with all aspects of Residential Property, including flat and house sales/purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, Declarations of Trust, lease extensions and freehold acquisitions. The purpose of the team Is to provide an efficient and highly personal residential property service by ensuring that each client has direct access to an individual who will progress their matter from instruction to completion.

A significant number of the teams' instructions come from existing clients and recommendation.

You will be given the opportunity to put your stamp on a department, growing it in the way you feel is best with the financial backing of the existing partnership. The team are open to a group of individuals joining the practice, including support team.

The Requirements

• You will be experienced in Residential Property with at least 5 years experience.
• You will have a strong desire to grow and develop your own team
• You will have a meticulous eye for detail
