IT Knowledge Engineer

A prestigious UK law firm is looking to hire a new IT Knowledge Engineer to join them on a permanent basis to work in the team providing knowledge solutions for clients, fee-earners and the wider business using the firms produces.  The role can be based either in London or in the North West and will offer agile working and a salary of up to £45,000 plus fantastic benefits.

Responsibilities will include liaising with the business and clients to help build custom solutions as required using TechSet products, often involving more than just one product, front line support, responding to queries and issues from the business and clients on the products, ad-hoc support at Innovation events including hackathons, legal design workshops and strategic value mapping workshops, using Contract Express software to automate documents along with the maintenance of those documents once automated, supporting the Legal Technology Managers in requirements gathering, training and presenting on the products to all levels of the business, helping raise awareness of the products in the business, keeping up to date with new features and updates on the products and proactively suggest improvements/enhancements to the Legal Technology Managers, managing your workload within the context of the project plan, working to deadlines and reporting on your progress.

Candidates need to have previous IT Engineering / Architectural experience with strong knowledge using IT Knowledge platforms, in addition to excellent written, communication and organisation skills.  Standard hours are 9.30am – 5.30pm with a salary of up to £45,000 on offer plus excellent benefits.
