Finance/Aviation Finance Lawyers

This leading US law firm is looking to hire an associate for its busy finance practice in London. The new hire will work on a range of complex finance transactions, with a particular emphasis on aviation finance matters. Other matters will include debt capital markets, structured products, receivables financings, restructurings, acquisition finance, and real estate finance deals.

The ideal candidate will have between 2-4 years of post-qualification experience gained at a highly regarded finance practice. Aviation finance or asset finance experience is essential. The role requires an excellent academic background and a stable career record.
