Conveyancing Solicitor - Morden
This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer with 3+ years’ PQE minimum to join our client’s thriving firm in Morden Surrey.
The successful applicant will handle a standard caseload of complex residential property matters, whilst ensuring excellent performance. Due to the face-to-face nature of this position, the role will be solely office based.
The role will include dealing with all stages of the conveyancing process, including the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, new builds, re-mortgages, registered and unregistered properties, help to buy, shared ownership and liaising with clients and external professionals.
Ideally you will be a qualified solicitors, legal executives or a licensed conveyancer with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE. You will have technical proficiency in all aspects of conveyancing, be able to manage own caseload with minimal supervision and have excellent communication and client care skills.
The firm are a well-established firm with offices in Morden and East Ham, providing a select range of legal services to individuals and businesses. They have an exceptional reputation in their specialist fields and a loyal client base who return again and again. The firm is now seeking a Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to be based in Morden Surrey.
