This firm is seeking a Housing Litigation Solicitor with NQ-5+ Years of relevant PQE.

The Role:

Due to an increase in workflow, this firm seeks a Housing Litigation Solicitor with NQ-5+ PQE to join their growing Bromley outfit.

The Housing Litigation department deals with an excellent quality of work, including but not limited to Neighbour and boundary disputes, party wall disputes, building disputes, co-ownership disputes, restrictive covenants, dilapidations, restrictive covenants, adverse possession & the 1954 Act.

You will deal with a manageable caseload, and will also be asked to assist on complex and large matters alongside the senior management. The team is always provided with an experienced and support network.

Requirements:

  • You will be a Housing Litigation Solicitor with NQ-5+ relevant years PQE
  • You will be a dynamic and personable individual
  • You will have strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
  • You will be comfortable in managing/developing client relationships
