We have instructions from a major global law firm client to find a Knowledge Development Lawyer, to support its market-leading Commercial Contracts group based in London.

The teams advise a broad client base on the full spectrum of commercial and business law issues, with strength in the consumer, food, retail, industrials, hospitality, financial and public sectors. The new hire will work closely with Partners and fee-earners in the Commercial Contracts group, ensuring they are up to date on legal, regulatory and commercial developments.

Amongst other duties and responsibilities, the new hire will review the impact of major legal developments on the business of the practice and its clients, identify issues affecting the group's clients and prepare client alerts, develop and maintain the resources required for the practice to deliver high-quality services, and support the group's training programme.

This role would suit an existing Knowledge Development Lawyer or a fee-earner looking to move into a Knowledge Development role. The successful candidate will have at least four years of post-qualification experience gained at a highly regarded commercial contracts practice or in-house. This role requires a good academic background, a stable career record, and excellent oral and written communication skills.

A highly competitive compensation package and career progression opportunities are on offer.

Please contact Thiago Silva for a confidential discussion.

Please note: Where a level of experience, such as 'PQE', is indicated, please note that this is a guideline only and represents the amount of time we would usually expect a candidate to accumulate the requisite level of experience. This does not preclude applications from candidates with more or less experience
