Our Client, an elite US Law firm in London, is currently seeking a CLO (collateralised loan obligation) Paralegal to join its renowned team on an initial contract basis.
As a CLO Paralegal within this leading team, you will be working on structured finance, securitisation, asset backed lending, credit funds and European CLO transactions.
Our Client is looking to make an experienced hire with the following skills:
- Degree educated
- LPC qualified (desirable but not essential)
- At least 3-6 months of CLO Paralegal experience within a law firm.
