The firm seeks to appoint an Employment lawyer who is already at Partner level to help lead and drive strategy for its strong and established Employment team.

Highly regarded for its technically excellent and pragmatic approach to law, the team’s core client-base varies from big-name brands and owner-managed businesses to key players in the transport, financial services, manufacturing and digital sectors, presenting a truly varied caseload.

You will manage existing client relationships, as well as develop new business, therefore applicants who enjoy networking and have a portable following are preferred.

This role would be suited to those who are already working as a Partner but who are looking for greater autonomy, flexibility, and input into strategy.

You will be joining an established team of lawyers and will benefit from a strong pipeline of work, as well as a culture which actively promotes work/life balance throughout the firm.
