Restructuring & Insolvency Lawyer - 12 month FTC | City of London | £140000 - £175000 per annum

Join an elite City firm in London, as their new non-contentious Restructuring & Insolvency Lawyer for a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. The contract is to start within the next month or two, so candidates should ideally be available at short notice.

The Firm:

The firm has a superb reputation in the market and this team is noticeably well-stocked and highly regarded, rarely hiring new additions. This vacancy has arisen to cover a period of leave within the team.

The team advise on complex restructurings and insolvencies, advising lenders, borrowers, private equity investors, directors, management teams and insolvency practitioners. They do not advise on the litigious aspects of restructuring and insolvency matters.

Their clients span a full array of sectors, but the team possess a notable strong suit in the retail and leisure sectors.

The firm operates a hybrid working pattern, with 3 days per week spent in the office.

About You:

Ideal candidates should be able to demonstrate:

• Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales
• Upwards of 6 years' PQE
• A wealth of experience in handling a full range of non-contentious Restructuring & Insolvency matters
• Experience gained within notable City or highly regarded regional teams
• A strong eye for detail
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
