Insolvency and Restructuring Lawyer

A well regarded London firm which services both the public and private sectors.

THE ROLE

An enthusiastic lawyer is sought to join the Insolvency & Restructuring Team.

The ideal candidate will likely be 1-6 PQE with previous experience in an insolvency focused role.

The role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on, client-facing experience as part of a small team, working on a broad range of both contentious and non-contentious corporate and personal insolvency matters.

The bulk of the work is for insolvency practitioners and the role provides a fantastic opportunity to develop skills and build relationships within the industry.

Clients also include insolvency practitioners, company directors, charity trustees, creditors and financially distressed individuals to provide robust and effective legal advice.

ABOUT YOU

At 1- 6 PQE you should demonstrate an ability to pro-actively manage files, supervise the work of junior team members and trainees and a desire to grow your practice with an insolvency specialism.

Connections and experience within the insolvency industry would be beneficial but this role would also provide a platform from which to make and develop those connections.

The role will be offered in line with the firm's agile working policy.
