The Role:

• This is a highly progressive opportunity for a Corporate Associate to join the firm's offices in Leeds, with hybrid working in place
• Earning Legal 500 accreditation, the Corporate team undertake an entire range of complex projects for international businesses, PLCs and SMEs across the IT, retail, agriculture and healthcare sectors
• To align with this, you will have a diverse caseload, including mergers & acquisitions, equity capital markets, private equity, shareholder arrangements, employee ownership trusts and corporate governance

The Ideal Candidate:

• A qualified Corporate Solicitor with 2 to 5 years PQE
• Excellent communication skills
