Taylor Root are currently working with a leading specialist law firm in their search for a Civil Fraud/Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join them on an initial 12 month fixed-term contract with potential to go permanent, working in their London offices

Our client is a leading specialist law firm best known for providing expert advice in business crime and regulation, civil fraud and commercial litigation. They act for governments, corporations, financial institutions, professionals, executives and high net worth individuals.

The cases that our client firm are high profile, complex and regularly international in nature. They have also been ranked as "top tier" by various leading legal directories across its practice areas, punching well above its weight.

The successful Civil Fraud/Commercial Litigation Solicitor is likely to have at least 4 yeas PQE, working within a specific civil fraud team or from a commercial litigation background with experience dealing with high value civil fraud cases. Key practice areas will include AML, bribery and corruption, cross-border issues and fraud (civil and criminal).

The hiring preference for this role is an individual who has experience in both elements of the role and coming from another top tier private practice law firm.
