Housing Disrepair Litigation Lawyer
£35 - £45 umbrella per hour
Locum, Full-time
London, hybrid working
If you're an experienced Housing Lawyer looking for a change from your general housing litigation workload, Sellick Partnership are working with a well-regarded London Borough Council to join their team as a Specialist Housing Disrepair Litigation Lawyer.
You will be given the opportunity to work a mix of both home and office working (1 day in the office per week), on a locum initial 3 month contract with a strong likelihood of extension on a rolling basis. This role is paying between £35 - £45 umbrella rate per hour.
Key responsibilities of the Disrepair Litigation Lawyer:
- Handling a caseload of Disrepair matters
- Working closely with internal client department
- Being proactive in the improvement of processes
The client is happy to consider Housing Lawyers from both public sector and private practice background. You do not need to have worked as a Specialist Disrepair Litigation Lawyer previously, but a good knowledge of disrepair is essential.
