New NQ family role for an award winning Legal 500 rated practice that is growing its family team at pace! If you enjoyed a family seat during your training contact or have recently qualified (up to 2 year pqe) and are keen to taken on a new challenge in 2023, at a busy, supportive environment, our client would like to hear from you.

You'll join a highly regarded family team working on a range public law childcare matters. The team are specialists in legal aid matters, including care proceedings and adoption orders and represent children, parents, extended family members and local authorities at all stages from initial instruction to final hearing.

The successful candidate must possess a passion for family law and demonstrate a sound knowledge of the Legal Aid system and using CCMS. Children Panel accredited or working towards accreditation is desirable.

You should be IT literate with exceptionally strong communication skills and be able to work effectively independently.

Family Law roles have been quite rare to see in the market in recent months, so this is a standout opportunity and is likely to generate lots of interest, especially as this is an award-winning firm with an excellent profile and reputation across South Wales.
