This leading Sheffield based law firm are looking to add an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor to their Dispute Resolution team.
The Dispute Resolution Solicitor will receive a host of benefits including 30 days holiday a year with 3 discretionary days in between Christmas and New Year (plus 8 bank holidays), flexi time scheme with the ability to take up to 4 flex days each year, contribution pension scheme, group life assurance, contractual sick pay entitlement, contractual maternity pay entitlement and Westfield Health Scheme but to name a few.
As the successful Dispute Resolution Solicitor you will be an existing caseload for you to manage which will include an number of different types of files however, the main focus of your work will be focused on contentious probate, property disputes, contract disputes and professional negligence.
Due to the seniority of the role you will have at least 2 years as a Dispute Resolution Solicitor gained at a reputable law firm, and you will have experience running your own caseload.
